报告题目:Regularity of weak solutions to higher order geometric system

报告简介:We record the recent progress on the regularity problem for a class of linear higher order geometric PDEs that models in particular polyharmonic maps. Our main focus will be the fourth order Lamm-Riviere-Struwe system. We shall present the optimal Holder regularity in both critical and supercritical dimensions. In particular, this provides a partial answer to a question of Struwe [Cal. Var. PDEs 2008]. The talk is based on a few joint works with Changyou Wang (Purdue University), Chang-Lin Xiang (Sanxia University) and Gao-Feng Zheng (Central China Normal University).
专家个人简介:郭常予,山东大学数学与交叉科学研究中心教授,博士生导师,山东省高层次青年人才。2009年本科毕业于北京师范大学数学科学学院与励耘实验班。2013年博士毕业于芬兰于韦斯屈莱大学数学与统计学院,导师为芬兰科学院院士Pekka Koskela教授。主要研究方向为单复变函数论-几何函数论,几何偏微分方程以及非光滑分析。特别的,研究各类几何映照(如拟共形映照,拟正则映照,调和映照等)的解析与拓扑性质。已在相关领域期刊, 如Tran. Amer. Math. Soc., J. Lond. Math. Soc., Comm. Anal. Geom., Cal. Var. PDEs等,发表20余篇论文。
