报告人:张同华,男,教授。2005获得上海交通大学数学博士学位。后在Curtin University 化学工程系从事博士后研究,2010底入职Swinburne从事教学科研工作至今。主要研究兴趣包括微分方程和非线性动力系统的分支及其应用,特别是在生化反应器(bio-reactor),生物数学(biological mathematics),生态数学(ecological mathematics)中的应用。
报告摘要:MicroRNAs (miRs) regulatory network models are highly non-linear due to the negative regulation of gene expression at the post transcriptional level by miRs and can produce interesting dynamics of the system such as bistability for miR-transcriptional factors interactions. In this talk, we focus on the miR-17-92 cluster and its interaction with transcriptional factors (proteins) E2F and Myc.
