Abstract: As is well known, nonlinear Schrodinger (NLS) equation is a fundamental equation in the theory of integrable system and in many physical areas. NLS-type equations including higher-

order NLS equation, derivative NLS equation, Hirota equation, and Sasa-Satsuma equation, are

also very important. In this talk, we will give a brief review for NLS-type equations.

报告人简介：

朱佐农，上海交通大学数学科学学院长聘教授。学术研究方向是可积系统理论和应用。在可积系统的若干重要问题研究上取得引人关注的创新性成果，在数学物理国际重要学术期刊，如 JDE, J. Nonlinear Sci.,Physica D， PRE, JMP, 发表90多篇研究论文。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目6项和上海市浦江人才计划项目。现任J.Nonlinear Math. Phys.期刊编委。
