报告简介：In this talk, we will introduce the progress on the quantitative weighted bounds for rough singular integral operators, and then we will give a new bilinear sparse domination for the maximal operator associated to singular integral operators with rough kernels, established by the speaker recently. This bilinear sparse domination leads to some new quantitative weighted estimates for the maximal singular integral operators with rough kernels and some endpoint estimates. Also, we will  give bilinear sparse domination and some endpoint estimates for the maximal operator associated with the Calderon commutator.

报告人简介：胡国恩，男，解放军信息工程大学教授，北京师范大学珠海校区教授，博士生导师，1965年11月生，河南省南阳市人。主要从事Fourier分析、信号与信息处理等方面的研究，迄今为止发表论文120余篇，SCI收录110余篇，多次主持国家自然科学基金，合作出版专著两部。
