博士，教授，博士生导师。

1.主要研究方向：自适应控制, 模糊控制,神经网络控制，量化反馈控制,多智能体的一致性。

2.主持项目: 主持国家自然科学基金2项，中国博士后项目1项, 山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项，山东省高等学校科技计划项目1项， 山东省博士后创新项目专项资金1项，作为主要参与者参与国家自然科学基金项目3项。

3.发表的论文情况: 近年来在国外权威期刊上以第一作者和通讯作者身份发表和录用SCI 文章40余篇，其中SCI一区17篇，8篇文章入选ESI高被引文章（SCI引用次数达800余次）， SCI二区 11篇。

4. 指导研究生情况: 指导的硕士研究生张燕获2020年度国家奖学金，获2020年度山东省高等学校优秀学生，获得2020年度山东省研究生优秀成果奖三等奖，获得2021年山东省普通高等学校优秀毕业生，获2021年山东科技大学十大科技精英。指导的硕士研究生吕文舜获2019年度山东省优秀硕士学位论文。指导的硕士生李正和任鹏旭获2022年山东省普通高等学校优秀毕业生。指导的硕士生李正和游朝阳分别获得2021年度和2022年度国家奖学金。

5.获奖：2019年获山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖（4人1位），2019年获山东省优秀硕士论文指导教师，获山东科技大学讲课比赛二等奖、“我心目中的好老师”、“优秀教师” 、“三八红旗手”、学生科技创新优秀指导教师等荣誉称号。
