张玉林，男，博士，副教授，1979.02，硕士生导师。2001年毕业于山东师范大学应用数学系，获理学学士学位。 2004 年毕业于大连理工大学数学系，获理学硕士学位。2014年毕业于山东科技大学计算机软件与理论专业，获工学博士学位。毕业后，在山东科技大学工作至今。一直从事大数据，生物信息学，机器学习等方面的研究。
   研究的方向包括基于复杂网络的癌症致病基因识别、全基因组关联研究中的标签SNP集分析方法、表观遗传学生物标志物的识别、多组学数据融合的癌症与其亚型标志物识别算法研究、单细胞聚类算法研究等。近年来，先后和青岛西海岸医院，青岛市儿童医院，山东省立医院，山东省千佛山医院建立了良好的合作研究关系。和华大基因青欧研究院，浪潮集团，山东省超算中心等进行了深入的合作。
